1.Approved by the Taiwan Provincial Government on January 12, 1988, under letter No. 142461, the school was officially established on August 1, 1989, and is located at No. 72, Guoguang 5th Street, Yongkang City, Tainan County.
2.After its establishment on August 1, 1989, the school admitted three classes each for the first and second grades. It temporarily operated from Dawuan Elementary School, with students attending classes at Dawuan, Fuxing, and Kun Shan Institute of Technology.
3.The first phase of the school building's second bidding process officially began construction on November 25, 1990. After 10 months of intense work, the three-story structure was finally completed. By the 1991 academic year, the school had moved into the new building for classes.
4.The second phase of the school building project, consisting of 59 classrooms, officially began construction in March 1994 and was completed in September 1995 for use by the school.
5.The third phase of classroom construction began on August 16, 1996, and was completed by the end of October 1997 for school use.
6.The first phase of the Chengde Hall construction began on November 23, 1995, and was completed and put into use by February 1997.
7.The second phase of the air conditioning and electrical engineering project officially began on May 27, 1997, and was formally accepted for use on September 17, 1997.
8.The construction project for the fourth-floor classrooms of buildings 2 and 3 officially began on October 7, 1999, and is expected to be completed by the end of January 2000. This project is designed using a steel frame structure.
